Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Item

Place the NIIMBOT printer and any unused labels back in their original packaging, ensuring all charging cables and manuals are included.

Ship the Product

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement device within 5 business days.
